Actually, since this piece is by Mozart and he's long dead, it doesn't fall under any copyrights. You may use it freely. The person who flagged the video is collecting revenue from the ads and you can report them for this. I had a similar situation with one of my videos, some guy was flagging all the videos he could, claiming he simply wanted the original artist(s) to be compensated. Since Mozart is dead, chances are pretty good, he's not getting his cut from the ads.

Youtube was good 5 years ago. Now if you put a video of your children dacing some music, the audio will be deleted. even if you can't really heard the audio, and the main focus of the video is the godamn kid dancing.
